If you have questions about estimated delivery dates or international orders, please contact us at info@breakers.surf prior to ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

For orders within USA, free economy shipping is 5-8 Business Days from the time your order is shipped.  Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We know you're excited to get your order, so we do our best to get it to you as soon as possible!

If your tracking information shows your order as delivered, but you never got the package, you will have to pursue a claim with the carrier.

We are not responsible for customer data entry errors regarding shipping or delivery instructions. Shipping costs will not be refunded in situations where the customer has entered information incorrectly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Great news! We have recently enabled international shipping options through our web store! Please contact us via info@breakers.surf for international order inquiries.

  • All product prices and shipping are quoted are in USD.

  • Buyer agrees to pay all duties and import/brokerage fees associated with the shipment.  breakers.surf will not be responsible for any of these costs.

  • If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, breakers.surf will withhold the shipping, fulfillment, and return cost incurred on the order from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by breakers.surf.  If the return shipment on a voluntarily rejected order is not received, or lost in return, no refund will be issued to the Buyer.

  • On rare occasion the postal service in the destination country may require the recipient to contact them to arrange delivery or pickup. In this situation the buyer agrees to make reasonable efforts to contact the post office and clear the package for delivery or make the pickup.

  • To protect against fraudulent purchases, some international orders may require payment via PayPal, which protects both the buyer and the seller.  We will contact you after your order is placed if this applies.

 RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION:

  • breakers.surf products are unique, printed to order, and as a result, are non-refundable. Once the order has been placed, you can no longer edit the details of the order.

  • If you order the wrong size or color, breakers.surf is not responsible and will not offer replacement or refunds.

  • breakers.surf return policy is only applicable to misprinted, damaged, and defective items. You must submit a claim within three (3) weeks from the date the product was received by you.

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within three (3) weeks from the estimated delivery date provided to you.

  • You must submit all claims via your order management dashboard under each order's detail page.

  • After breakers.surf investigates the issue, if it is determined that the product is damaged, defective, or if there is an error concerning printing, we will submit your product for a refund or replacement.

  • Any refunds are at the full discretion of breakers.surf and will only be issued in the form of a credit to your breakers.surf balance. Credits may not be cashed out and may only be used on the breakers.surf platform.

  • Users are liable for incorrect addresses. You must provide a correct address and pay the reshipping costs which can include product costs and shipping.

  • If an order is returned to breakers.surf due to an incorrect address or if the shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. The user is liable for re-shipment costs including the original shipping cost of the product plus a service charge of $10.00. If no re-shipping address is provided or breakers.surf cannot reach you, the package(s) will be donated after two weeks of receipt of your package by breakers.surf.

  • The service fee excludes any Charge On Delivery (C.O.D) fees that may get charged by the fulfillment operator and handling fees

NOTIFICATION FOR EU CUSTOMERS:

  • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

  • Therefore, as such, Barefootman.com reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

  • This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
